  • How do I order the soup?
    Please place your order through our website at least 24hrs before pickup. Since the cutoff time is at 7pm PST, orders placed after the cutoff time would be treated as next day order. Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a scheduled pickup time. For any special requests such as adjusting the amount of salt or sugar, please kindly make a note upon check out. We will include your request in the confirmation. Thank you!
  • What is Double-boiling?
    Double boiling is a Cantonese cooking technique to prepare delicate food such as fish maw. The food is covered with water and put in a covered ceramic jar, and the jar is then steamed for several hours. This technique ensures there is no loss of liquid or moisture (its essences) from the food being cooked, hence it is often used with exquisite and delicate ingredients like Chinese herbal medicines.
  • Why do I have to place the order 24hrs before pickup?
    Dried ingredients such as fish maw must be soaked for hours, usually overnight before it can be prepared for cooking. The double-boiling method takes generally 3-4 hours to finish. Also, in every morning, we go to our local suppliers to source the freshest chicken and coconut. It takes a lot of time and effort to make a double-boiled soup. However, this is our commitment to guarantee our products have the best quality.
  • How do I keep the soup?
    All the soups are freshly made. To ensure the freshness and the taste of the soup, we recommend you to consume it as soon as you receive it. In case you cannot finish it, you can store in the fridge after opened for up to one day.
  • What if I cannot pick up the soup within the scheduled timing?
    Please kindly email or call us as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve your problem.
  • What are the payment options?
    Currently we only accept Credit Card and Paypal.
